WHAT IF MY EGGS ARE BROKEN UPON DELIVERY?
We try our best to package your eggs the best way possible to endure the roughest handling, weather, and thousands of miles. We always include extras in every order just in case of breakage. We ship thousands of packages and very rarely do we receive any cases where eggs are damaged. All of our packages come with insurance included. If your eggs are broken during transit, please follow the steps in your box to be able to file an insurance claim. If you need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to help you.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website. This will help you keep track of when your estimated delivery date will be. Please look for the acceptance scan from the carrier. This is what you will go off of. An email may go out to you with tracking number 1-3 days prior to acceptance scan. This is when we purchase your label and it goes in our queue for processing. All orders include the laid date marked for you to determine freshness. Most orders ship out within 1-2 days of purchase (excluding weekends) throughout the entire year. During the busy spring season, most orders go out within 2-4 days. We ship year round.
DO YOU OFFER HATCHING INSTRUCTIONS AND TIPS?
Yes, we offer a hatching guide with some pro tips for everyone, even beginners, to make hatching easy for everyone. Our hatching guide is based off thousands of hatches from our customers over the years and determined by many years of data from many different incubators and settings. Our hatching guide is one of the most thorough out there and quail specific. Please follow our hatching guide instead of your incubator instructions as ours is directly tailored towards quail and most incubators come with very general instructions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
We offer a 50% fertility guarantee to all of our customers. We are confident in our stock which is why we guarantee that at least 50% of your eggs will be fertile and show development inside the egg. If for some reason you have less than 50% development, we will replace them (subject to availability) or issue you a prorated refund to make up the difference.
