If your eggs are broken during transit, please follow the steps in your box to be able to file an insurance claim. We offer a 50% fertility guarantee to all of our customers. We are confident in our stock which is why we guarantee that at least 50% of your eggs will be fertile and show development inside the egg. If for some reason you have less than 50%, we will replace them or issue you a prorated refund to make up the difference.
